What actually lands. Say the state number, say the CC range, and say what you expect — vagueness reads as a dead alliance. The single most effective line is the one that says who you are not for: it costs you nobody you wanted and saves you three conversations.

Rules — pin this in your server

1. Use alliance help. Every time. It costs you nothing and saves everyone hours.
2. Shield before you log off during any PvP event. No exceptions during Wasteland King.
3. Tell someone if you will be inactive more than 3 days, or you may be cleared.
4. Rallies: fill them. Do not start one you cannot fill.
5. NAP is decided by R5 and R4s. Do not break it because someone hit your tile.
6. Keep state chat civil. Take arguments to DMs.
